Barnsteen is a striking, hard and big-framed mare with a nice character. She has the predicates elite sport-(dr) Ibop-(dr) and prok. Barnsteen was the best of the day during the Ibop. She became champion at the CK in Tolbert at the 4 to 7 year old keur mares and was the reserve champion of the entire day.

Barnsteen comes from a very interesting dam line (NL mare line 24 Oberlina): mother Sculpture M is ster preferent prestatie prok sport-(dr). Grandmother Helianthe is elite preferent prestatie sport-(dr) and she is PSG/Inter I. Great-grandmother Cosmea is keur preferent prestatie. And than in a row keur mares and model mares in the line.

Barnsteen is a half-sister of the ZZL dressage horse Zandsteen M keur sport-(dr) Ibop-(dr) and Altink M (sports name Ambassador MM) sport ZZL and then exported to USA. The mother of Barnsteen Sculpture M is a half sister of the PSG/Inter I horse Why Not M.
